Article Last Updated:06/27/2007 10:24:34 AM PDTWASHINGTON — The Central Intelligence Agency released hundreds of pages of internal reports Tuesday detailing assassination plots against foreign leaders like Fidel Castro and the secret testing of mind- and behavior-altering drugs like LSD on unwitting U.S. citizens.
The documents also provided information on tapping journalists’ phones, spying on demonstrators who supported civil rights or opposed the Vietnam War, opening private mail between the United States and the Soviet Union or China, breaking into the homes of former CIA employees and administering lie-detector tests to State Department employees to test their loyalty.
Such polygraph tests were developed in part by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office in the early 1970s, according to documents obtained by the San Mateo County Times.
“At the CIA’s request, the Sheriff of San Mateo, California polygraphed certain applicants for employment in an experiment to test effectiveness of the polygraph,” wrote Associate Deputy Attorney General James A. Wilderotter after meeting with CIA Director William Colby and CIA general counsel John Warner in 1974.
The memo, a thumbnail sketch of the CIA misadventures detailed more fully in the recently released documents, led historians to expect that the just-declassified documents would provide further revelations regarding the CIA’s involvement with the county’s Sheriff’s Office. But a preliminary look at the just-declassified documentsrevealed no further information.
The Sheriff’s Office could neither confirm nor deny participation in the activities described in the memo by press time.

ORD conducted polygraph tests on all applicants. Polygraph security findings were compared with the Sheriff’s own security findings.
This is a interesting subject, as a former member of the LAPD’s (PDID Unit), Army’s USAISA Unit, ASA and other units off the books, I was the only one who took over 8 polygraphs by former CIA man Dr. Chris Gugas passed all of them, then the Gov. requested I submit to several truth serum tests and more passing them all only later to be called before a Joint Committee of Congress, US Senate all under oath.
Then to have them all ” Classified” let the TRUTH be known, I wrote “BOHICA” as well to expose the evils in our own Government.
I took (8) polygraphs by Dr. Chris Gugas former CIA WWII Marine Officer and retired Public Safety Director, he also did the Polygraphs on MLK Assassination suspect James Earl Ray, then it was my turn. He did mine, passed them all, then Truth Serum by Dr. R Crummie at Ft. Bragg, then PYS by Dr. Frederick Hacker I passed all exams and tests. Then when they were given to the White House, them became “Too Hot to Handle” Reagan Classified them along with my fake affiliated with USSR all now located in the Calif. Reagan Library.
Later i was subpoenaed to testify before a Joint Session of Congress and US Senate then a Secret Grand Jury . As we now know many US Federal Overt and Covert Agencies lied, stole, cheated, made false reports, false planted stories in there Media Connections and more. To Include two RICO Cases against the Hell’s Angels in SF, where I was subpoenaed again to testify on my involvement with BET=Biker Enforcement Team a multi corrupt joint Federal , States, Local Governmental agencies . The Federal Judge in RICO CASE was asked by AUSA Robert Mueller to not allow me to testify and NOT to turn over the BET Intelligence files i had brought with me by Court Order. We went into Chambers and once done the case was over HA’s won the Case and later a Movie was done “Hell’s Angels Forever”
