Drug Treatment for Vicodin

Within the past 2 years I got in a motorcycle accident, and pulled muscles in my leg, torn muscles in my back and shoulders. I took Vicodin for over 10 months from a Dr. Perscription. The doctor decided not to taper off the Vicodin, only cut cold turkey. This created BIG withdrawals and I went to a local Dr. and he started me on a Subotex drug for the with drawals. Will this show up when I am applying for a position with the US Marshalls? If so does this hurt me?
