Anybody have any idea as to whether the NCIS has the same ignorant cut-throat policy as the FBI and other agencies?  IE. fail the polygraph and your out - no additional investigation required.

Are there any federal agencies that use the polygraph as a tool in the background investigation and not *the* investigation?
