What anyone doing business with Jeremy Samide and Stealthcare should know.

This company (companies) and Samide have always puzzled me.  I'm an IT security professional in Columbus, OH, with 25 years of corporate security, so I not claiming to be any government spy, polygraph expert, or international man of mystery.

My first Question, what exactly happened to ETG?  The link, and follow on legal document really have some concerning information:

A quick Google search of ETG and fraud brings up some interesting threads, but this link below causes me some concern.

And it appears that the lawsuit, with some scary accusations, never was resolved or decided to be unfounded – it was dismissed as a "bankruptcy" technicality.

More concerning, the company that Samide immediately started afterwards, Stealthcare LLC's, its website domain was purchased in 2004.

Someone else could have purchased the domain, and Mr. Samide (being the really smart man he appears to be) lucked out with a purchase from someone else?  :P

With his polygraph company having been a larger player 5 years ago, someone here must know more about this cat.

Anyone here familiar with Jeremy or ETG?

The more I read about this guy and his company, the more reason I have to question his integrity. I wonder what really happened at ETG.

I remember that ETG had listed alot of big clients on their website.  How (or maybe why) did Jeremy lead this company into bankruptcy and then create Stealthcare the next day?

I wonder what the real truth is.  Someone here has to know what took place.

This thread is a bit funny. The security industry is full of shady characters. (that isn't directed at anyone in particular)  :D

I've met this guy at a conference, or it may have been his brother.... It didn't give me a warm and fuzzy... I'll just leave it at that... I hope folks aren't trusting this company with their networks and IT security.

Every presentation or talk I've seen is just super obvious content for a 4th grade career day speech.

I question the depth of their knowledge and experience. Watch his brother represent Stealthcare... this should answer anyone's questions on this thread of other threads about other questionable activity.

Funny part?  Jason is supposed to be more "technical" than Jeremy.  You gotta watch this guy.

LOOK AT THIS COMPARISON

All the views on the youtube videos combined with the Samide Dude "educating" the community do NOT total all together the number of views of folks concerned about the Samide Dude reputation....

Samide Dude reputation = (1 post) 1700+ views in 6 months
Samide Dude "expertise" lectures = (5 posts) 1000+ views in 2 years

Its obvious loads of people have a recent concern!

(and historical if you look at the above links when he went bankrupt.)
