Control questions question

Maintenance polygraph control questions in my state tend to be of the following variety:

Have you lied about your masturbation habits?
Have you lied about anything to your treatment provider?

... and things of that ilk. They try and disguise these questions in 2 ways - they place a time-frame on tjem, and they say that they are treatment related. The relevant questions are obvious because they are rules related,  and the irrelevant questions are obvious  as well.
My question is thos: by showing responses to control questions, am I making myself subject to scrutiny in treatment?
Furthermore,  is it 100 percent necessary to show reactions on all control questions to prevent a false-positive, or just most of them?

Thanks you for your responses.
