Does the CIA share applicant information with the FBI or other agencies?

I am a previous CIA applicant who has been contacted by the FBI for a similar position. 
Does the CIA share applicant information with the FBI?
Does the CIA share applicant information with other federal agencies?

If so, what information is shared?

I know for a fact that they share applicant info. with the NSA, and it would appear logical that they very likely might do the same for the FBI. :-[
