What does this mean?

I recently had my poly for my CJO and the person giving the test said I fell within the parameters (obviously I was telling the truth) but may hear from headquarters about having to retake it. I was never accused of deception. Does anyone know what this may mean? First background check so feeling nervous about it. Thanks!
