HOw long does it take to get your polygraph results?

How long does it take to get your FBI polygraph results?  It has been over 3 months since I failed my poly and I have received nothing. I submitted an appeal a week after I had taken the poly and have not received that decision either. I know that my appeal was submitted and was told to wait 45 business days for a decision. Is it strange that I have not yet received my results?
