"eyes only" letter

After taking 2 polygraphs and a follow up interview I was told I was in the "gray" area concerning a question on crime that I was totally truthful about. My employer now says they have received an "eyes only" letter for me from the agency that gave the exam. What could this be about?

Maybe the alleged "crime" question was related to your current employer, and they want a disclosure stating if you've ever been disciplined regarding a theft-related incident at that employer?
