CI Poly?

For anyone who knows about the Counterintelligence poly.... from what I can tell they don't ask you about drug use.  But do they ask you about questions on your SF86 form?  Do they go through each question (I heard they do), and do they ask you if you've been truthful on the form?  Thanks
