I have been ordered to take lie detector test after being kidnapped and almost killed. The cops I have been real jerks. I like they are against me and not for me. Can anyone help?

Who has ordered you to take a polygraph test?  What is the test regarding?

Get a lawyer.  If they don't have any evidence on you, I don't see why you should take a polygraph exam.  They could just be fishing.  Cops will just as happily arrest an innocent man as a guilty one if it means they can make it to the donut shop on time.  

You don't have to take the polygraph.  Just keep saying that over and over to yourself.  If they take you into custody to question you, get a lawyer.  It doesn't make you look guilty, it makes you look smart.  It is your right.

I have thick skin.  

Venting doesn't offend me.  Donut-related jokes I don't even hear most of the time.  They certainly don't make me angry.
