On Tuesday, 9 May 2006, retired CIA analyst Ray McGovern, a founding member of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity, spoke with Scott Horton on topics including the former's pointed questioning of Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld last week, the ouster of Porter Goss and nomination of LTG Michael Hayden as CIA director, and the legal and ethical obligations of intelligence officers.
