For all you nay sayers (that it's useless to fight the system) read this little story.

I just got out of court defending my grandson who was falsely accused of theft. Keep in mind I AM NOT a lawyer. This is another example of pro se courtroom action. We won a dismissal with just one well coached witness. I only had about 10 minuteswith this witness. We had never before met. Didn't have to produce any more.

The prosecution tried their damndess (even a threat) to get us to accept probation without going to court. His high school kicked him out of his school and mandated alturnative school for eight weeks just because of the accusation. They and the charging deputy knew who committed the theft. However, this kid obsconded and they made no effort to find him. Therefore, they wanted to hang the crime on my grandson. Well we fought and won. BTW, a law firm wanted 10 grand to just get the punishment reduced because they said that the way the charge was written, that's all we could hope for. I will send them a little note.

Now I have to "lock and load" again for a damage suit. This time it's the 16 incher broadside.  Not the five incher. (That's navy talk for all you non-navy folks).

You can mess with me somewhat but, mess with my family just a little and I'll be in your face BIG TIME.

The item of theft?? A pair of tennis shoes would you believe. And for this they wanted to give my grandson a record.
