In a segment titled, "BTK: Out Of The Shadows" that will air this Saturday, October 1st, CBS News 48 Hours Mystery reports, among other things, that Bill Wegerle, whose wife, Vicki, was strangled by BTK (Bind, Torture, Kill) killer Dennis Rader, twice failed polygraph "tests" about his wife's murder:

Yet another failure of the polygraph, and more reason why anyone suspected of a crime should refuse to submit to this invalid, pseudoscientific, and demeaning procedure that is wrongly called a "test."
