question about the polygrapher

took my polygraph exam and the polygrapher never said anything about a reaction or deception when he was conducting the test is that a bad sign ?
then at the end he had me signed the actual paper and said ok  where done, I'll see you  around  have a nice day..  and that was that, So  what do you guys think! :o
