So there is a good chance I will need to take a Lifestyle Polygraph Test (NSA). I have been doing some research on this test. Apparantly they look back seven years in regards to every single detail including drugs to sex life and such. They will ask if you were prescribed any drugs in the past 7 years....

I used to take ritalin a while back. My last prescripion was filled about seven years ago, but I havn't used any ritalin since then. Obviously it was used more frequently when I was very young. Do you think they will hold this against me because of having ADHD and being prescribed ritalin?????

If your honest they shouldnt hold it against you. no one is perfect everyone makes mistakes and most of the world is aware of phenomenon of imperfection. besides you were young and a doctor prescribed it to you. it was legal. and as far as diagnosis go adhd cant be proven and unless you are postive that you have a disorder tell em you think they mistaked adhd with being a normal healthy kid. thats what 90% of thos diagnosis are anyway.you dont see peolple in the rest of the world diagnosing every thing as a disorder, it just some wierd thing the US does Its not you fault. It aint like you were smokin crack or even weed for that matter. DONT WORRY.

I FORGOT TO MENTION:

you always want to disclose anything that is documented. being prescribed a medication is defintly documented. Omitting things far out weighs a prescrition that you had no control of.(in the eyes of an investigator)
Remember you are not responsible for what people diagnosed you with. obviosly it was a false diagnosis or the symptoms passed to the point you havent needed the medication in 7 years. :)

Bump - same question.  This thread is old so I'm wondering if anyone actually has had the same experience and what the outcome was.  Or any other input on this?
