I dont know what to do

I took a lie decetor test about 4 months ago and passed it all but one question
now they want me to take another one for therapy if i dont pass this then i go to prison, if i do pass it, i can stay out of jail and go to therapy.
Im afraid that they are going to ask questions like did you have a dog or something, and I didnt back then but I do now. So im going to get confused and not know how to answer. Im scared and I dont know what to do or how to answer them. I want to be truthful but how can you beat it when u didnt have it back then but u do now.  how can u be truthful and pass it. Im afraid those are the kinda questions they are going to ask me *except dealing with my case* and im going to fail cause back then i didnt but now i do. I got so much riding on this its alot of pressure and I dont know how I can stay calm with all that pressure! HELP! please anyone with any advice
