Does this mean the polygrapher couldnt tell if i was telling the truth or not??

carmo,

All it suggests is that your hand was not as sweaty as your polygrapher would have liked. Understand that no polygrapher can tell whether or not you're telling the truth: polygraph "testing" has no scientific basis and no diagnostic value, as you'll find explained in Chapter 1 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector.
