Two Hattiesburg Police Department officers fired for "failing" polygraph "tests" regarding an otherwise unsubstantiated theft allegation have been ordered reinstated with backpay.  Forrest County, Mississippi Circuit Judge Robert B. Helfrich's order is available here:
