Im not sure if this is true but thought i should ask, When an applicant takes a psych wriiten test, Is the written exam graded into a profile of A through f as well as the psych interview. When the decision is made is it made in this way, say if the applicant scored a c but the agenccy disqualified him because they ere looking for someone who scored beetween A and b. I know the question may sound dum, but i heard that this is how a psych exam is conducted. Does anyone know if this is true or not.

Mr. Truth

More along the lines of normative (or normal) to abnormal.

"Mr. Luise's answers regarding feelings about his childhood are normative (within "normal" parameters; you're screwed up just like everyone else); therefore, this aspect of his profile makes him a suitable candidate for this position."

"However, Mr. Luise's answers regarding his fixation on his mother's shoes makes him abnormal (one sick m-f that should be put down like a rabid dog), and therefore, disqualifies him from further consideration."
