George

The following excerpt was taken off a CNN article:

In a point-by-point response Thursday, the FBI detailed the steps it has or will take to improve its oversight of counterintelligence agents, such as creation of a centralized security program, more random polygraph tests, more extensive background investigations and a financial disclosure program

Looks like you're efforts are going on deaf ears. ;)

Sorry for being vague.  The excerpt was in response to the DOJ probe of the Robert Hanssen spy case. :D

Canadian Crusader

I hate to announce but the same thing is happening here in Canada.

The RCMP are going to implement the poly in their hiring.

Apparently the RCMP are not any smarter than the FBI.

They are already hurting for applicants yet they are going to implement a system that will see approximately 50% (to qoute numbers from the LAPD) of their applicants DQ'd.

Wonders never cease to amaze me.

Human Subject

I suppose that if polygraphs really work, this may very well spell the end of cases like Hanssen's.  We'll see.
