I would like to know if anyone retook a polygraph with the FBI or Secret Service?  If so, how many times did you retake the polygraph and were you contacted by letter or by telephone to retake the polygraph?

Hiya. There are I believe a whole heap of ex CIA moles and other assorted rodents who took
the tests over many years and eventually became so casual about their dual lives - all they
needed were neon signs glued to the forehead -- ask them. They must have boxes full of
invitations to a p/g party.

Academy,

If your first FBI polygraph was INC, you will be offered a retest without your having to ask. If it was DI, you can appeal and may be granted a retest, which no one ever passes. Either way, an agent will contact you by phone to schedule another polygraph. If you were DI, you may be interviewed before being granted a second polygraph.

What are the correct words for INC & DI?

EosJupiter

INC -  Inconclusive

DI   - Deception Indicated

Both are just an opinion given by snake oil peddlers masquerading as professionals.

INC = INCONCLUSIVE, OR , "DAMN. THIS SMOKE AND MIRRORS BS NEVER WORKS"

DI = DECEPTION INDICATED = "DAMN. THIS SMOKE AND MIRRORS BS HAS ERRED AGAIN"

The DOD Industry has something in common with the IT Industry. Both are littered with
TLA's. (three letter acronyms). But that's where all similarity ends. IT has brought only
positive qualities to life. P/Graph has brought mainly misery. I think Hell has a department
reserved for unrepentant DOD examiners.
