Want to know what to expect, etc.

Is it just a session to verify/validate the data provided on the SF?

Yes...they go over what they already know, ask you a few new questions and get you to commit to details so they can poly you on it. If you have nothing to hide it should go smoothly. I went in for a support position and came out ok. Try not to worry too much.
