Does anyone know where to find the list of the question items for the new Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-IV (MCMI-IV) (2015)?

They're easy to find for MMPI2 and 16PF since those are older tests.

I had the old MCMI-II and MCMI-III items which were leaked online but then Pearson Assessments decided to pump out a new version in 2015. Scoring and assessment is the easy to find part, getting the question items is usually the tricky part. Perhaps they're listed in a document or book somewhere?
