would it be safe to say that if i am about to have a pre job poly that it will be a CQT?
what are the chances of it not being one.
(im not in the US and so the info in your site regarding US agency procedures does not help me).

I have no idea what technique is most commonly used for pre-employment screening in your country. (I have no idea what country you're in, either.) In the U.S., it is definitely the CQT, although some agencies use the Relevant/Irrelevant technique instead.
