I have noticed that many places and investigations ask to see the photos on the cell phone. This has not been a problem for me because my pictures are mundane.

Is it good protocol to reset one's cell phone prior to undergoing polygraphs and related testing? :-?

To my knowledge, it is not common practice to demand that an applicant surrender his cell phone for inspection as part of the hiring process. What agencies are doing this?

In any event, I would not reset my cell phone before undergoing a polygraph and/or related testing. But neither would I surrender it for inspection under any circumstances. If a prospective employer makes such an unreasonable and intrusive demand, I would look elsewhere for employment.
