Does anyone have experience using a memorized prayer or mantra while taking a polygraph and it's effectiveness as a CM?

I was thinking more in line of its benefits as helping regulate my responses

There is no published research on your proposed polygraph countermeasure strategy. It seems to me that it is unlikely to produce the desired effect of producing stronger reactions to "control" questions than to relevant questions.
