So she passed first and last sequence but flunked middle test on infidelity, he asked her to " think of something that makes you extremely angry as baseline for 3rd test" and she passed that one after failing the 2nd pretty badly. Looking at the scoring by computer alone i see that table "standardized longnormal"  with all - numbers and wondwring what that all means? Am I being dupped?

Yes, you are being duped, but perhaps not in the way you suspect. Polygraphy is a pseudoscientific fraud. It has no scientific basis whatsoever, and polygraph chart readings are evidence of nothing. See Chapter 1 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector on the scientific shortcomings of polygraphy:

No decision should be made on the basis of polygraph chart readings. You might as well base your decision-making on a tarot card readings.
