If it was a regular process, will the questions be pre-viewed?

And if it was a criminal investigations, will the questions be pre-viewed or just ask point-blank?

How would you know if the category of the questions during the application procedure and a criminal investigation?

I'm not sure I understand your questions, but it is standard procedure in both pre-employment screening and in criminal investigations to review all questions with the subject during the "pre-test" phase.
