CIA Phone Call?

Most  of the public contact units of the Agency are incredibly f*cked up.  This especially includes the personnel and recruitment offices.

They do use the phone to contact applicants, so it's quite possible that the call was legit.

Also, the f*cking Agency uses the generic term "government" without further elaboration whenever identifying themselves, so that aspect of those messages would appear to be typical Agency culture! >:(

If you do, call them collect.
They used to encourage applicants to call them collect while their Agency applications were being processed. ;)
