If you would like to post to this message board, but are concerned about your anonymity, you might consider using Tor, a peer-to-peer network of encrypted chaining proxies sponsored by the non-profit Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Tor encrypts data between your computer and the proxy network, so that your ISP will have no record of your web browsing activity. Page requests are relayed through a chain of three proxies, and the chain is rotated every ten minutes or so. When you post on this message board using Tor, your own IP address will not be shown, but rather that of one of the Tor network's more than 250 servers.

Similarly, you could use Tor to create an anonymous e-mail address (for example, with Safe-Mail.net) for use with this message board that would not be traceable to your IP address.

I've been recommending Tor to AntiPolygraph.org's visitors for nearly a decade, and I still do. But the U.S. government considers taking such steps to protect one's privacy to be enough to target one for surveillance:
