passed the polygraph
On pre-polygraph questionnaire checked some questions yes in order to comment on the question and discuss a situation, comments made on the few lines available at bottom of page. Gave truthful written/oral explanations that no policy/law was broken. Written and oral statements twisted by examiner. results and questionnaire sent back to current LE agency, facing issues now.

Was there a violation?

Which question did you mark "yes"?  Why?  Did you actually do something (e.g. "took illegal drugs within the last xxx years?" or "Ever stolen an item over $xxx?").   Why make something "complex" out of "yes" or "no" questions?  You either did, or you didn't!  You're just asking for trouble.  Remember who you are dealing with.  Leave the "whys" and "wherefores" and "exposing of your soul" to people you trust.  Like your mother, therapist or minister.

At least you passed.
