May need clearance for future job

I was told that I failed the FBI's polygraph to become a special agent. I will file FOIA and Privacy Act requests to review the information for my own knowledge. I have never held a clearance and may eventually need one for future employment (i.e.: contract to work on computers). I am concerned that I will be denied a clearance because I "failed" the exam. Can someone answer the following for me? Thanks!
1. Will filing FOIA and Privacy Act requests prevent me from getting a clearance?
2. Will future employers know if I filed a FOIA and Privacy Act requests?
3. Who knows if I file FOIA and Privacy Act requests?
4. Do government entities add a note to their systems that X person filed a FOIA/Privacy Act request?
