I have a problem with only one "relevant" question. What to do ?

Hi there :)
I'm supposed to take a polygraph test during the next couple of weeks, and while I feel totally comfortable with most of the questions that I will be asked, there's one specific question that's troubling me (it doesn't really matter what question it is, just the fact that it is a "relevant").

It seems to me that in this case using countermeasures only for all the "control" questions isn't enough, am I right ? Should I use countermeasure for all the "control" questions plus the "relevant" questions (except the problematic questions) ?

I would really appreciate any help :)

No.

No. Augmenting reactions to relevant questions in a "control question test" will increase the likelihood of failing.

Thanks for the fast reply :)

So, should I just stick to the "normal" plan, using countermeasures only for the control questions ?

Thanks again :)

That you even asked the question that you did suggests to me that you haven't understood the material covered in Chapters 3 & 4 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector. Under the circumstances, it might be wiser not to use countermeasures at all (and ideally, not to take the polygraph).
