Utilizes computerized polygraph instrument. Should I be concerned?

What are the differences between this and a standard polygraph?
Does the use of a "Computerized polygraph instrument" change how you use counter measures?

The key difference between computerized and "standard" (analog) polygraph instruments is that with the former, physiological measurements are recorded digitally, rather than with ink pens and a rolling paper chart. Regardless of the kind of polygraph instrument employed, the polygraph techniques in common use remain the same. Those contemplating using the polygraph countermeasures outlined in Chapter 4 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector need not alter their countermeasure strategies based on whether or not the polygraph instrument is computerized.
