Is the content of the pre-polygraph questionnaire available to outside sources?  I took a polygraph for a law enforcement job, and I'm wondering if the things I disclosed in the questionnaire are available to those elsewhere who'd do a routine background check.

Only if it was a LE Agency and you apply at another agency.  The 2nd agency will likely ask if you have applied at any other agency and when you tell them where you have previously applied they will query the paperwork from that LE agency.  If you don't tell them you applied somewhere else they would not know.  It will not go into any criminal background info.  That would take too much time and resources to enter everyones info into a system. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response.

I have another question to add.  Can I e-mail you?
