Accused of countermeasures!!

I took a Poly the other day for a law enforcement job in Florida.I took the test and afterwards was accused of using countermeasures. She told me I was controlling my breathing on certain questions and she was 100% sure that i was employing counter measures.She said shes been around a long time and shes not stupid and knows it when she sees it.She says I looked like i was truthful on the important questions, but i controlled my breathing on other the questions I completely denied it and she got furious and told me to get out of her office and that she is through me. Am i going to be Dq for countermeasures or was this a trick.

UPDATE:

  I just got a call from the Sheriffs Office they said it went good and they  gave me a job offer. Even though I didnt use any countermeasures and was accused of it, I still passed. . wish I knew of this website last week. Luckily Honesty worked in this situation
