A clerk in Hampton Roads, Virginia, made the mistake of using a city-issued American Express card that she had been allegedly misusing for personal expenses to also purchase Doug Williams's manual, "How to Sting the Polygraph." She ordered the manual two days before being polygraphed (presumably about her use of the card):

What an idiot.

But the article did not say one important thing:  Did she pass her polygraph?  I'm sure if she would have failed the article would have mentioned that.  Cops love to leak that sort of thing.

She failed big time! The manual did not help.  I believe she is entitled to a refund from Doug. The Reporters only used information listed on the warrant.
