I failed a poly test applying for a state law enforcement position.  I was told by this organization that my records would not be shared.

I am now applying for a military commission in the Army.  Will the Army see the records for this state organization?  Does the Army use the poly for newly commissioned officers?

I don't know if the army will see the records of the state organization with which you applied, though it seems unlikely.

The U.S. Army does not routinely polygraph newly-commissioned officers. If your duties will require a top secret clearance plus participation in a Special Access Program, you may be required to submit to a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
