They are all "control" questions, with the possible exception of #4, which commonly serves as a "sacrifice relevant" question.

Thanks.  I'm trying to get ready for this "test" coming up.  I made up flash cards with different types of questions on them.  I am practicing my countermeasures and re-reading TLBTLD.
