Can you please provide me with that link to the West Virginia case where the court overturned a request for parole violation due to a probationer flunking the polygraph?
Thanks,

Mr. Maschke,

I was just surfing around the Social Security death records site and found the following listing...

"GINO SCALABRINI       30 Oct 1893      Mar 1971      08260 (Wildwood, Cape May, NJ)      085-09-1611      New York"

So, I was just wondering if TLBTLD was in fact co-written by a man who has been dead for over 30 years?

I guess if it was co-authored by a corpse, it would give a whole new meaning to the term, "Ghost Writer."..... ;D

Would like to know...

Not the case, although I'm sure that many a polygrapher wishes that both George and I were both six feet under.

While I respectfully decline to provide any further information about myself, I will say that the person described above is of no relation.
