Question Concerning CQT patterns

I was wondering if there is any particular pattern that a CQT usually follows, and if so, would someone be so kind as to make me privy of this?  Thanks in advance.

One of the most common CQT formats is the Modified General Question "Test" (MGQT). You'll find the question pattern detailed in Appendix A of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector.

The question pattern of DoD's and DOE's directed-lie "Test" for Espionage and Sabotage is to be found in DoDPI's June 1995 report, "A Comparison of Psychophysiological Detection of Deception Accuracy Rates Obtained Using the Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph and the Test for Espionage and Sabotage Question Formats," which you'll find on the Federation of American Scientists website at:
