PHQ and poly

I applied to LVMPD and filled out the PHQ. I admitted on the form I had bought drugs twice but after I submitted the form, I realized I only bought it once.  I passed the PHQ surprisingly but should I tell the BI about my form error or just roll with it? I know changing answers on your form decreases credibility but it's a better change.  Any advice?
