Depression?

This is the first place I found and found nothing about depression and the psychological exam. 

Would you be deemed unqualified if you were suffering from depression, but managing it with medication?

In the case of the CIA, it might well be a factor! :-[
What do we call it when every employee of the Agency's Office of Security
