I read a psychologist report which says mmpi-2 welsh code profile and validity scales are like this....

L'+F-K

can someone explain what does this mean?
what is the meaning of symbols next to this LFK?

also psychologist said he will not provide raw score data of this test...may I know if I have legal right to get those scores? We are in WA state...
