you are asked a revelant question, such as, "did you steal that document?" (assume you did)

you ask yourself in your mind, "have i ever murdered someone? (you have not) You answer "no" to your own question.

I saw a video on youtube sometime back where this guy in the navy (15-20 years ago) had been suspected of having purchased drugs. In the video he addmitted he had, but when given the "test" he did the following:

Q1 by tester = Did you purchase drugs?
Question he "asked" himself = Did I murder someone?

dhouse , from reading your massive influx of posts, there is obviously something VERY BAD that you did in the past that you want to hide from a polygrapher.

Maybe you should just fess up and tell the AntiPoly community what it was that you did.  Whoever is polygraphing you most likely find out about your dirty deed and I seriously doubt that you'll make it through the polygraph test.

Irish first off dont worry about dhouse comment, they probably have nothing better to do but talk about somebody elses past. they need to get off their high horse, take the bifocles off, and change their panties because they are definitely in a bunch. i watched the same video and came to a conclusion that it wouldnt hurt as long as you control what you can control (breathing). if you do get an answer to your question please post it.
