On the Fallacy of a Fresh Slate

The "fresh slate" is no more or less valid than the original.  This is because the original test had no validity.  I went to a fortune teller who told me that I would not get married until I was 35.  I'm considering going to a second fortune teller who doesn't have knowledge of the first to get the original results validated.  It could happen!
