What type of reparations are the plaintiffs seeking?  I have been recently notified of the rescindence of my application with the FBI for polygraph failure.  There's nothing worse than having an unknown weenie question ones integrity and character, then hide behind policy when asked for explanations.  Is it possible to claim defamation of character when filing against the government?  I have no desire to seek further employment but do see the polygraph as a troubled hiring practice.  For those who question my anger, I am an investigator who thinks the polygraph can be a wonderful tool when interrogating suspects but can never be trusted as truth, and that would be the reason criminal courts don't use them.  I guess I just don't like being called a liar, especially when I'm not lying.  Thanks.
