im extremely scared of these lie detectors. i never really trusted them and now im being forced to take one and if i fail it will change a huge part of my life.....i know i haven't lied but im still extremely nervous after hearing all these things about how they can tell me that im lieing even when im not...i don't know what to do!! ive heard breathing steadily will help but i know im going to be extremely nervous. im shaking as i type this...i know those nerves aren't going to go away...what should i do??

well, this is the deal. my boyfriend wants me to take one...he thinks ive been unfaithful. i haven't,  but he just continues to take it to the extreme.

My advice:  DUMP 'IM.

A polygraph will prove nothing about your faithfulness.  If he already has these doubts a polygraph certainly will not quell them, regardless of the result.  Next thing you know he'll ask you to see a witchdoctor or phrenologist.  Good luck.
