Has Anyone Recieved Tapes or Transcripts

I'm curious if anyone having a problem with a polygraph has received a transcript or tape of the exam as a result of FOIA/PA request.

i got all my charts and notes from 2 FBI exams. took about 8 weeks

I'm new to this site so I hope you don't mind my asking - were your charts provided as response to FOIA/PA?  Was your experience with the polygraph a positive or negative?

yes, in response to a FOIA request. I would have to say my 2 failures and inconclusives and being denied FBI employment due to being more or less accused of dealing drugs among others things was decidedly negative.

Did you receive your charts through a FOIPA request before you had taken your final poly test with the FBI or after? It took only 8 weeks to receive your file? Did you fax your request or mail it? Do I remember correctly that you had to write your congressman or senator before you finally received it or is that someone else? I am having a very difficult time getting my file--multiple requests....still no sign of it and I've been waiting much, much longer than 8 weeks.
